Commissioner for the Electronic Health Record / Head (eHR), eHealth Record Office
Mr Chan joined the Hong Kong Government in 1987. He has worked in various government departments, including District Office, Industry Department and Beijing Office. He was appointed Head of the eHR Office in January 2012.
