Huang Qingchun was graduated from Zhejiang University by 2008, and studying EMBA at City University of Hong Kong currently. His team also is founder and organizer of HL7-China, HIE-China, Continua-China, China Innovation Enterprise Alliance… China medical standard committees, to help and support government drafting IT standard of healthcare in China.
