Topic 1:
Any Application, Anywhere: Data on Demand - Huawei Storage
Synopsis:
Hospital information system, medical images and diagnose files are critical assets to hospitals and medical institutions, while in the past, IT department needed to provide diversity of storage systems to fulfill with different data and system requests and the volume utilization are unbalance which may causes lots of unnecessary management effort.
"Data on demand" aims to provide a unified, high reliable and cost-effective storage system to support HIS, PACS and more other data demand.
About the Speaker:
Mr. Vandia Yang, IT Solution Director, Huawei International Co. Limited
Vandia Yang now is leading the IT business at enterprise business group of Huawei Hong Kong. Before the job, he had worked as the Technical Director at global IT Data Center Solution Sales Department, and the head of global IT public industry solution department. He was the growth of Huawei IT business and acted a key role of them.
He strives to IT and data center territory and got a strong experience in that. To be a senior IT solution expert, he not only leaded the first MicroDC product charter development, but also joined the development of the next generation of data center framework of Huawei - distributed cloud data center, the public cloud solution of Multi-Tenancy Data Center as well as the smart city data center solution.
He comes from Taiwan and got a bachelor degree of international trade and finance from Taiwan Catholic Fu Jen University.

Facial Recognitions in Healthcare
Synopsis:
Facial Recognition system provides a safe environment for patients and healthcare staff from system of portrait identification, deployment & control, and Portrait comparison.
About the Speaker:
Ms Florrie Tian, UC&C Solution Specialist, Huawei International Co. Limited
Ms. Florrie Tian is the UC&C solution specialist of Huawei International Co. Limited since 2014, responsible for solution design and development of CCTV and intelligent analytics solutions for Hong Kong. She has more than 8 years of experiences in Telecommunication and UC&C solution fields.
