Membership Scheme
Organizations and individuals working in healthcare and/or IT are welcome to join. Membership subscriptions are renewed automatically at the beginning of each calendar year. Only Corporate Members and NGO Members have full voting rights. A person can be a Representative of only one Corporate Member or NGO Member, while that person can also be an Individual Member.
Professional Networking
eHC members have opportunities to network, share experiences, and exchange ideas with local professionals and global experts in healthcare and IT by attending eHC activities at preferential rates.
Training Opportunities
Conferences, seminars, and training sessions provide excellent opportunities to advance professional knowledge. Members receive privileged discounts and priority registration.
Awareness and Advocacy
Members can contribute to and advocate ideas that align with eHC’s mission and vision for advancing eHealth development in Hong Kong.
Increased Knowledge
Members receive eHC’s quarterly email newsletter to stay informed on eHealth developments in Hong Kong.

Membership Types
Corporate Members
Being a Corporate Member, your company or organization has direct access to eHC’s information and decision-making process. Decisions affecting implementation and organizational updates are at your disposal. You are an active participant in shaping future enhancements to our work.
Representatives of a Corporate Member are entitled to vote. Additional Representative(s), if any, are non-voting. A Corporate Member's Representatives may be replaced with a written request from the Corporate Member, subject to eHC's approval.
Three categories of Corporate Memberships:

Platinum Corporate Members: entitled to up to five (5) votes, each by a nominated Representative. Fee: HKD 5,000

Gold Corporate Members: entitled to up to three (3) votes. Fee: HKD 3,000

Silver Corporate Members: entitled to one (1) vote. Fee: HKD 1,000
NGO Members
NGO Memberships are available to non-profit organizations related to healthcare and/or IT that wish to support eHC and contribute as voting members. Each NGO Member nominates one Representative who is entitled to vote. Additional Representatives, if any, are non-voting. Representatives may be replaced with a written request, subject to approval by eHC.
Individual Members
Available to individuals interested in the work of eHC and working in healthcare and/or IT. This may include implementers, end-users, researchers, scholars, and students. Annual Fee: HKD 100 (waived in the inaugural year) Individual Members do not have voting rights.

Membership applications will be reviewed by the Board. Memberships typically become effective 2–4 weeks after receipt of the application.
