eHC Annual General Meeting 2019

Dear Members,

The eHealth Consortium AGM 2019 will be held on 8 January 2020 at 7pm at Yue Cuisine - 8/F, Hong Kong Scout Centre, 8 Austin Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. A Dinner will be arranged immediately after the AGM at the same venue.

Notes:

(a) Any member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to vote on his/her behalf. A proxy needs not to be a Corporate Member or NGO Member of the Consortium.

(b) All proxy forms shall be deposited at the Consortium office at Room 1207C, 12/F, Block B, Hong Kong Industrial Centre, 489-491 Castle Peak Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for holding the meeting.

All eHealth Consortium members are welcome to attend the AGM and Dinner. For more details, please follow the Reply Slip.

Voting members (Corporate Members and NGO Members) are eligible to vote in the meeting.
