Introduction and Description
With a unique EHR platform networking all 40 public hospitals and 120 public clinics since 1992, Hong Kong has hosted one of the largest patient database with complete and systematic clinical data in the world. Such a resource has great potential in facilitating big data analytics research and artificial intelligence (AI) applications on the clinical data. The secure and reliable AI applications in analyzing the health and medical big data will be one of key themes in eHealth.

  • To connect scholars, industrial parties and healthcare professionals with their common interest in health and medical AI applications; and
  • To exchange the ideas in AI development on health and medical data; and
  • To share the perspectives in promoting AI collaborations in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area
