You are cordially invited to register and attend a free workshop “Essential eHealth Skills Workshop”. Seats are limited and on a first come, first served basis.

Certificate of Attendance:

Each participate must obtain at least 8 credits (2 of which from the compulsory skills lab).

CME Accreditation:

Family Physicians will obtain up to 10 CME Points. Please ensure your name is on the attendance record sheet when attending any classes.
