Annual General Meeting 2020
Updated News: The eHealth Consortium Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 15 Dec 2020 (Tuesday) at 6:30pm. Due to the pandemic situation, the designated meeting venue, Hong Kong Productivity Council Building will be closed.
The meeting venue will be changed to the Meeting Room, Cherrypicks, 18/F, 10 Knutsford Terrace, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
As for the safety and health of the members, the President recommended all members to attend the meeting via Zoom Meeting instead of participating the meeting in person.
If you would like to attend the Annual General Meeting by Zoom, please do not hesitate to contact us by email (info@ehealth.org.hk). We will send you the Zoom meeting details upon request.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the AGM 2020 will be held on 15 Dec 2020 at 6:30pm,
at Executive Room 119, Hong Kong Productivity Council Building, 78 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon, HK for the following purposes:
Agenda
1. Report of the President
2. Board Election
3. To approve the Audited Financial Statement for the year ended 30 APRIL 2020
4. Appointment of the Auditors

Notes:
(a) Any member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to vote on his/her behalf. A proxy needs not to be a Corporate Member or NGO Member of the Consortium.
(b) All proxy forms shall be deposited at the Consortium office at Room 1207C, 12/F, Block B, Hong Kong Industrial Centre, 489-491 Castle Peak Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for holding the meeting.
