Pascal is the Chief Information Technology Officer of St. Teresa's Hospital. Pascal has been working in healthcare sector since 1993. Prior to joining St. Teresa's Hospital, Pascal worked in Hong Kong Hospital Authority for over 10 years. Pascal’s main focus is in providing healthcare systems and streamlining workflows for clinicians and all healthcare providers. For the development of electronic Health Record (eHR) in Hong Kong, Pascal participates actively in Person Master Index and Drug record domain group and is a working group member of the eHR Engagement Initiative. Besides Pascal spoke in many international healthcare conferences like Great China Forum 2011 etc. Currently Pascal serves as Vice Chairman of HL7 (HK).
